Learn to recognize signs, symptoms and have rehabilitation tools, including neuromuscular soft tissues methods , breath techniques and stretching. Powerful experiential breath techniques will serve the health and mental well-being of you and your client a lifetime. Patricia Bowden-Luccardi LMT, CNMT is breath educator with extensive experience in Kundalini Yoga and Breath Therapy. Her innovative approach is in combining Neuromuscular Therapy, Yoga, and Breath.. As a former staff Neuromuscular Therapist at Canyon Ranch Medical SPA in Lenox, MA., she lectured weekly on the Power of Breath With a growing reputation as an authority on breath,she attributes her success from her own experience and personal understanding of the physical, mental and emotional effects of disordered breathing.
