Saturday, November 2nd 10am - 12pm Local life coach, Sharese Vanterpool, will focus on a different topic for inner work each session. This class is part of a seasonal theme: FALL INTO A NEW YOU - Understanding how to harvest yourself into greatness. The focus of this series is to make healthy changes and plant yourself in a garden of self-love. There will be an optional meditation & vegan lunch afterwards. Instructor Bio: Sharese E. Vanterpool is working on her Master's in Elementary Education. She earned a Bachelor's in Community/Human Service and an Associates in Business Management. She is currently a lead instructor for the Albany City School District as well as a Life Coach. Tap into Your Vision is her coaching business but she also runs a non-profit organization called Encouragement and Enrichment Motivational Services that she started based on her love of children and community. Passionate to help the youth, she travels to New York City on the weekends to provide all her services. She is also a Certified Anger Management and Domestic Violence Specialist (CASAC T), where she teaches mandatory classes for the courts. Trouble Registering Online?
